Shipping Policy

Local Pickup

• In-store pickup is available Monday to Friday (excluding any Public Holidays), 10.30 am to 5 pm. An email and sms will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. If you're unable to make these timing, do contact us to make an alternative arrangement.

Delivery

• Flat delivery fees of $50 home delivery for orders of all items within Singapore.

• Orders placed before 12pm will be packed and dispatched within the day, subjected to stock availability.

• Delivery time for standard delivery is between 3 to 5 working days, subjected to third party courier availability.

Corporate Delivery

• Flat delivery fees of $50 applies for any orders within the designated zone. Please verify with us with your shipping address if you require shipping to these zones.

International Shipping

• Our shipping policy includes international shipping services, catering to various Asia countries.

• Asia: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

• International Shipping and Handling fees start from 50SGD.

• Expected delivery time is 3 weeks, excluding any unforeseen factors.

• Receiver will be responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
